The Ilam Apartments residence has 485 single bedrooms in 6-bedroom apartments, and has been awarded a 4 star plus rating from Qualmark for Student Accommodation.

ILAM APARTMENTS RESIDENCE KEY INFORMATION

• The Ilam Apartments residence is located on the UC campus - 10 minutes’ walk from CCEL.
• You have your own single bedroom. The bedroom is lockable, and contains a bed, desk, shelving and a wardrobe.
• Each 6-bedroom apartment has shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, plus shared living areas with modern furnishings and television. The kitchens are well equipped to allow for full self-catering. Dinner is also provided if requested.
