We provide an online Student Visa application service for CCEL students already in New Zealand. To be eligible for a student visa you’ll need to study full time. Contact us for more information on this service.

Insurance Support

It’s compulsory for all CCEL students to hold current travel and medical insurance cover while studying with us. If you’d like help organising your insurance, we can arrange a suitable policy for you through our preferred insurance provider OrbitProtect. With specialised plans designed for New Zealand bound international students, OrbitProtect offers quality protection at an affordable price.

Airport Transfer

Your host family or a CCEL team member will meet you and take you to your accommodation.

Your First Day

If you have any questions or problems on your first day or during your time at CCEL, we have many people who can help you:

• Talk to the homestay staff about your host family
• Talk to the academic staff about your study plans
• Talk to the administration staff about your visa, insurance, or changing your course.

We also have first language support staff available on call who can speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Thai and other languages. Just let us know and we will be happy to assist. If you wish to speak another language we can find someone to help you.
