CCEL IS YOUR PATHWAY TO UNIVERSITY

CCEL’s partnership with the University of Canterbury provides you with a pathway to university study. CCEL students can join the University of Canterbury EAP, CertETS and Foundation Programmes without taking the IELTS examination.

The University of Canterbury was founded in 1873 and has an international reputation for academic excellence. There are currently over 2,000 international students from more than 70 countries enrolled at the University.

When you enrol at CCEL you may also apply to the University of Canterbury at the same time. Provided you meet the programme entry requirements the University will issue a conditional offer.

The University offers a wide range of degree programmes. If you do not meet the entry requirements for your chosen programme we will advise you of other programme options.

Regular information sessions are held at CCEL by University staff. You can join these sessions to receive advice about studying at the University.
