First Day Information

 On your first day, please bring your passport, your insurance paper (in English), paper and a pen. Click here to see what you'll be doing on your first day.

 If you have any questions or problems on your first day or during your time at CCEL, we have many people who can help you:

• you can talk to the homestay staff about your host family
• you can talk to the academic staff about your study plans
• you can talk to the sales staff about your visa, insurance, or changing your course

We also have first language support staff who can speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese and Thai. If you speak another language we can find someone to help you.
