Train to be an English teacher at CCEL

CCEL offers three internationally recognised University of Cambridge teacher training courses:

• TESOL / Cambridge TKT (for non-native English speakers planning to teach English)
• CELTA (for native English speakers with little or no previous English language teaching experience)
• DELTA (for experienced teachers wanting to acquire new insights and a deeper understanding of the principles and practice of ELT)

CCEL provides teacher trainees with excellent facilities, resources and teaching practice opportunities.

CCEL is a Cambridge approved examination centre for the Cambridge TKT exam.

CCEL is one of only three Cambridge approved CELTA centres in the south island of New Zealand.

CCEL is one of only two Cambridge approved DELTA centres in New Zealand.
